What is the Caliber Card?
The Caliber Card Membership is an annual membership entitling Members to a variety of discounts from participating ranges, retailers, and partners.
What is included with my membership?

Is the Caliber Card a credit card?
The Caliber Card is a Membership community, not a credit card. Your Membership provides you access to an exclusive portfolio of shooting range benefits that can be accessed through our Membership Portal and the ShotPro ID app.
Why can’t I see the full list of benefits?
Due to the exclusive benefits offered by our Partner Ranges and negotiated with brands, we can only show the details of those offers to those who join the community. Once you activate your Membership, you will receive access to view the complete list of Member benefits.
How does redeeming benefits work?
When you create your reservation at a participating Partner Range, each benefit offered for your visit is detailed on a dedicated Range Benefits Listing page in the Caliber Card Member Portal site. Reservations and accessories subject to availability at the Participating Ranges. Should you have any questions, please check with Partner Range for more details on your Caliber Card Discounts. Please note the Range Policies, Membership terms and program conditions apply.
How long does it take for me to use my benefits?
Once you have completed your enrollment, your Membership is activated. You are ready to “Make It A Range Day” at any of our participating Partner Ranges.
Are there membership payment plan options?
Yes! You have the option to pay your membership either monthly or annually.
Can I upgrade my level later?
We have the options to choose either: monthly or annual memberships. If you would like to convert your monthly membership into an annual membership, please contact us at: support@mycalibercard.com

What is a Retail Prepaid Caliber Card Membership?
The Retail Caliber Card Membership Card entitles the bearer to a full 12-month membership. Additionally, new members who purchase a prepaid Retail Caliber Card Membership Card are rewarded with an additional 3-months of full benefits. New members can also upgrade their Membership to a Lifetime plan during the enrollment process. These memberships are renewable using an approved payment method attached to your Member Profile. As an added benefit, membership using the Retail Membership Program gives you the opportunity to lock in your pricing.
Where can I buy a pre-paid Caliber Card Membership?
They can be purchased directly from Authorized Retailer locations.
Can the Pre-Paid Card be used with an existing Membership?
No. Memberships sold through the Authorized Retailer Program are only for new accounts. The value of the card may not be used to pay for any portion of an existing Membership.
Can I load funds onto the Caliber Card?
No. The pre-paid membership card is only for new account activation.
How do I report my Caliber Card Prepaid Membership card is stolen?
You can report your Caliber Card Prepaid Membership lost or stolen by contacting Card Services at 1-346-298-5017. To assist in this process, please have a copy of your proof of purchase and the Authorized Retailer information from where you purchased the card.
What if I want to continue to be a Member after the Initial Term of my Membership?
Once the initial prepaid term is over, you can choose to renew your subscription or let it expire. Just log-in to your account and choose to have your annual or Lifetime membership renewal fees to be charged to your card on file or withdrawn directly from your bank account each month with an electronic fund transfer (EFT).
